Job Description:

 

The HIPPY Home Visitor will recruit and maintain a minimum caseload of 27 children and families, be present in the HIPPY office on Mondays, visit families in their homes Tuesdays through Fridays, and attend required night group meetings and required trainings.

 

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to serve in Perry County Area
  • Associates Degree or CDA required or willingness to obtain with cost covered by the program
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Resides in area to be served preferred but not required

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Maintain files and record on each family
  • Organize and keep files up to date and in compliance with Arkansas Better Chance rules and regulations. 
  • Must have excellent people skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be an efficient team member and able to work with a diverse population 
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office, Google apps
  • Strict adherence to school philosophy, standards, and goals.
  • Reports to work as scheduled on a regular and reliable basis.



Terms of Employment: 190-day contract; follows Greenbrier School District Calendar
